I have 1 problem...

I have normaly ~120fps but when I record whit Fraps in always humps to 30 fps.

I tried to change some setting but didnt really help,so Is there anyway to get FPS higher when recording?Like other program?

Fraps->Movies->Video Capture Setting->60, 50, 30, or custom fps.
Just pick one the higher ones or enter your own fps you want while recording.

It was that low even when changing the fps FRAPS records at?

But otherwise you could try to use Xfire's recording system or other cam-like programs. Don't know much else, sorry.

Fraps has a setting on what rate of frames per second it records at in the options. Does it still get choppy even when its at a lower record setting?

Yeah... fraps is kinda annoying.

I set the custom FPS to 80 (I get 150 without running fraps) and it still only gives me 40-60 fps...

30FPS is not that badunless you have a Bad connection.
