Crossfire wont start

hi

i installed the haloween patch and after i patch it, the game dont start.. i try to restart my computer, close all my antivirus software, uninstall Crossifire, remove all key in th registry, reinstall and let the autopatch do the update but still wont start.. please help me

Computer spec's? Perhaps your computer is not supporting crossfire any more.

Intel Core2 Duo CPU E6850 @ 3.00GHz
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
Memory: 2048MB RAM
Video Card : GeForce 8600 GTS 512 MO Version: 6.14.0012.5896

Than it should be working, are you running your PC as admin? If not than that may be the problem.

Same here...
It's a bit strange that I hav to reinstall, or change after new halloween patch, my operatin system to play the game that was working perfectly in 100% just a week ago...
I've tried downloading manual patch's, autopatcher's, CF-downloader's, heavy client's and still nothing.
Is there any other option?

I had the same problem but now it work fine

See what I did:
-I uninstalled IE 8 (IE 6 imediatly took its place)
-I restarted my computer
-I opened CrossFire an it worked

If you installed Windows patch SP3 u won't be able to unistall IE 8.
I think that we might be able to unistall this Windows patch too . So unistall it.
And after this u will have to unistall IE 8 to play CF.

I hope that guide was clear enough (english isn't my first language)
