Yes thay "Can" set up a server in SA. ANd I already said I would do it. And YOU are my friend. So, duh.
No they CANT because z8 is not licensed for south american servers im sorry to say this but the closest they can get is america south server -

NO they cannot get a licensee even though this is racist but ur kind is WAY too stubborn which is one of the things i hate no offense -

If it would cost more to get licensed in South America than they would get back in revenue, you can bet that no serious company would do it.

No, you sir are dumb. Not because your BR, but because you think that this version of Cross Fire is able to to make a server in South America. This version of Cross Fire is only able to put servers in NA and the UK. Technically you or any other BR shouldn't be playing this version, but considering there is no SA version you invade our version which is fine. The only problem is when you want your own server...
Now don't get me wrong I would rather them get there own server to hack and lag on, but don't you think instead of making a server for the BR's(American South Server) make one or two servers for the NA/UK people and IP banned SA from those servers but keep the rest open for anybody? Just a thought.
When I first started reading this thread I thought, "Oh, wow someone who actually stands up for a BR instead of hating on it" , but then later on in his post he said he was a BR..... Sorry, but it really doesn't do much if I stand up for Americans considering i'm American myself. -

I'm honestly getting sick and tired of BRs with each and every day of playing this game. You ask us to not hate you, yet you begin to start a stereotype for Americans, having a high ping is a LAME excuse to use hacks. 90% of the time I see a hacker, it's a BR, 90% of the time I see someone hackusating it's a BR. Sometimes I really wish they'd just IP ban you and be done with it. -
well most br's tick me off there are a few legit non hak non QQ br's but they are extremely hard to find
and besides obviously they cant read english they made america south as a way to help br's with extreme pings kinda lvl it out a bit but all of them either cant read the servers name or just dont care because they love the ability to tank and still lagg up the other servers delta 9 is ruined its got br in everygame title and every room -
We just refer to them negatively as a whole since basically almost all the hakers we see are BR's. I personally don't hate BR's, I mean I even practice BR martial arts lol, I am surrounded by BR's at that time. But the thing is, there are servers made for them, the Alpha,Bravo,Charlie servers are in what...Chicago? Why not just go to the florida server? American South? It is so much closer to you guys, your pings will drop like 40-50. You even got the 5% GP bonus. Why do you keep coming back?

You don't shift the blame away from cheat creators. That's plain idiotic.
I don't believe a large proportion of Australian players cheat, yet we get higher latency than you. It seems almost impossible to dip under 160 for us in our best server (US West) - Brazilians? 40 in US South? That's really WAY too high to be competent without cheats.
The number of overweight North Americans has a lesser impact on the game than the frequency of a Brazilian using cheats, -
