duplicate items in storage

hi would just like to bring attention to that there still exists a problem with making duplicate items in storage.I have maiden which bought with zp and maiden which i won in crates(14days)the two dont seem to join so one is wasted.Also with axe won which i won with zp and also with 10 daily missions completed same thing as with both of these items i can´t use them both at once please could you possibly join them for me so get some extra days of use.Anyone else have this problem?
PS Have made a support ticket to technical issues.

Please dont troll me because bumped this thread.When this thread was made i also at same time submitted a ticket asking for this to be rectified.for last 5 days have been waiting for answer now i have just seen that report has been closed(without any reply).As every day goes by i am losing days for these duplicated items.Zp is expensive enough so when you get maiden and you already have this character one would expect the days would be added to your character now like now having two rendering the other one useless.The same goes for the combat axe.Please could someone look into this.Or at least advise me would i should do next.
