Getting my Security Answer Back [Important]

Hey readers, let me start off with whats my issue. long story shot is i don't have the email and the security answer to my account anymore. I contacted z8 Games on how i could prove to them that this is my account. They told me that the best way i can do so is to purchase 2 sets of ZP. Meaning i will have 2 transaction ID's from Paypal. They also stated that it has to be the 2'nd most recent ones. So basically i have to purchase two 10k zp orders. What i would like to figure out is if i were to purchase these two transactions and send z8 Games the codes with images or the purchase is it a defent that they WILL refresh my Security Answer i NEED to know.. Im about to level to 2nd LT for the first time and i want to delete my clan but i cant because i need my Security Answer. ALSO They said that they needed the most recent ZP transactions so if i were to purchase two ZP transactions would they be the most recent ?

yes if you perches 2 orders of 10k zp that is your most recent perches and they will send the transition to your email you use so they can confirm that your zp perches has been successful.
here is an example of what the transition looks like.
Ex: 55555555_555555_55_(Your login user name) -
