desert eagle or winchester scope?

I almost have enough GP to get a winchester scope, but im also thinking about buying the desert eagle, which one do you think i should get?

for pistols i already have a glock 18 and a USP, the desert eagle would be a good backup for my sniper, but the USP, is already good enough I think?

for my primaries i have a m16(gonna break really soon, crap) and a M4A1 (normal) I really want a winchester scope because im desperate for GP and am tired of wasting GP on repairing my M4A1, but ive heard the winchester does only 1 HP damage at far range (really?)

so which one should I choose? i have 39200 GP right now, and will get 40000 very soon, I want the winchester, but im also thinking about the deagle, so which should i choose ARGGGGGGGGGGG, its a really hard decision for me!
