ok so say i hvae an exp 10 % up item and then i get a 50% up exp. does that mean i will end up with 60%exp up total?

Your exp items stack, so long as you're wearing/using them

The OP is talking about exp percentages, not EXP in general. So I assumed you meant 1100 percent.
