(wepon help)

Ok so whats up z8 ppl i just won a permanent beretta today about 30 mins ago from 3:40 Pm and i was wondering why can i use it it is won and i do have a screen shot of winning and when i try to use in a game it goes to my pistol like never even won it can u guys tell me whats up with this thanks its my most fav wepon and i want to use !!!
