I've a crap computer which records with 30 FPS replays and 25-20 ingame footage.
But I'm still editing.
Hmm ... what's the point of FPS ? When i play normal there is about 90 FPS but when someone throw smoke in cage and I'm in the cage I have low FPS so about 20 or somethink and then it seems like the picture is lagging or somethink.
Sorry for that question but I realy don't get the point of it -

FPS = frames per second.
More frames = smoother animations.
Smoother animations = better quality videos.
Better quality videos = better edits.
Better edits = awesome movie. -

If the picture is lagging, that will make the video ugly.
