After Patch Do Nothink

When j want to play j see:
-Patch
-HGW patch
then game should start but he isn't
INFO:
- Yees j restarted my computer
- Yes j reinstaled game
- Yes of course j restarted my router/modem
- Yes j prayed to god but it isn't help
- And yes all this things still doesnt help.
