[HELP] Magic Bullet Looks.

I have been having a problem for a long time now when attempting to get MBL's. I was wondering if anyone would know why I can't get it;

I download it successfully, with the serial and everything - It even says 'Download Successful', and then closed. I open my Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 and it doesn't show up in Video FX, or the options.

I tried again, but still nothing.

Any help?
