Wich Hat

Hey ther i have got at the day pach come a permanent wich hat and after 2 days i mean at 31/10/2010 i have got 5000 exp that means max clan points and thats mean that i have got 2 crates from the event that we have i opend my 2 halloween gp crates and at 2nd crate a got 1 wich hat permanent and when i go to my storage it was here after 2 games and a log off and relog in i saw that i had only 1 wich hat u will tell me now whats the mater u have 1 wich hat u cant equip 2 hats yes but i have won it so why not giving it to me??? or took it from me? i want to have 2 hats whatts the problem?? i dont have any screenshoot from my win but my ingame name is [GV]Dragon if this helps i took the 2nd wich hat at 31/10/2010 i think between 3 or 4 oclock greece time
