Disconnected from server

I am very up sad with crossfire .
I am being disconnected several times , this make me angry , this is no fair , all this thing dind happened before , why its happening now?

I turned off my firewall route but still being disconnected , some time say , hack tools detected something like that I dont have any hack and why say that detected hack?

I am spending money buying ZP , I would like to ask Z8 or CF to fixe this problem becouse its no fair being disconnected all time , its no my falt its game falt .
I am very angry .
I will do this now , after be disconnected 3 times I will play another online game becouse I dont have moe pation to loging so many time in cf.
