It's been suggested a few times, but, the main problem would be hiring trustworthy people to do the job.

Also, it's just not too practical, unless it was a part-time responsibility.

I am moderator of runescape game, sometimes when I play there I care ... there is a moderator on 2 milioes Chanse, because there are many players, has many people who play there to a 4, 5 years and are already at maximum, most are not moderators and such is very hard and well if you're a moderator time and step on the ball ... loses the moderator and will never be, so that's good, because if the moderator takes steps on the ball give the moderator and the pinição. in runescape "nobody" has never lost a resident, why is it that has a Chanse.

To much people want it for the stats of being a mod, even some of the mods that play right now (In my experience) are in it for the stats.
