My ping sometimes goes up to 260-280 for no reason and stays there for an hour...

Earlier, I got a 112 in A,B,C,D,E,F servers & 190 in US South 1&2

Now, I'm getting 180 in A,B,C,D,E,F & 120 in US South 1&2.

I don't understand this at all >.<
