GP Crate issue

Alright so I went and bought the new halloween GP crate with the hats and stuff, opened it, clicked spin and instantly a thing popped up and said something like item identification error, not exactly sure what it said as i closed it quickly to see if it gave me anything, went into my storage and I have gained nothing, didnt gain GP or anything from this crate, but it did remove the 2000 GP it cost to buy, so basically I lost 2000GP and gained nothing. Help?

My in game name is 6.2 and my log in is sixpointtwo if that helps, idk

Even if you close crossfire while you are spinning the crate, you still get your item. The crate you spun probably gave you a reward but you didn't look careful enough. (Get real. It's only 2000 gp xD)

Lol no, I got nothing, no weapons, no items, no GP, no nothing.

I know it's not much but still, it's an issue and i wants my moneys back :P
