Let me get this straight:

1. The vote kick works, and the kid who got kicked explodes into 100 attack dogs which then rhapes everyone.....

2. The vote kick fails, then everyone the kid kills explodes into 100 attack dogs which then rhapes the kid?

I'm pretty sure the op means once vote kick is done and it's decided that the person is getting kicked an attack dog(that comes from?) takes that person out visually.
