It's not the problem that they don't know how to it's the fact accounts aren't IP banned meaning those same players can just make another account. Also I believe on the first offense it's only a 1 week ban.

I think this is useless and useful at the same time..

Useless; not a lot of people log onto the site to report..and they probably don't have the patience to go on forums

Useful; for the patient people that don't know how to report..they will know how now.
