my account got banned after hallowen patch i thought it was a mistake. i created new one yesterday and it got banned today again. remove breath sounds completly or remove ranks caz these high rank noobs think low level who kill r hakers.every lieutenent in this game is gay caz they kik me always

You don't get banned 2 time by mistake. The "Noob LT's" must have reported you and Z8 got you nicely banned. If you get banned 1 time then it may be the problem with Z8's "Malicious Software Detection Program". But I doubt you would get banned 2 times for no reason.
Send ticket and ask Z8. I NEVER seen someone get kicked for "not buying ZP". -
i donno how to send ticket i dont even know this is right section or not. and mainly i dont like that guy named GM[Saiden] caz he just always talks about zp ,zp items and zp bonus offers .i hope he sees this post . hello i hate u. watch the replys sent to u with glasses.and main thing my kill/death was 5780/6853. i hate the guy who sent reply about me maybe hes a gay lieutenet who was jealous of my first ace.

all i do in my pc is i copy cf client for 1 drive to other while i reinstall os caz my download speed very low so i cant w8 patching again. and i dont think copy of client from one drive to other drive is mallicious suspicious wat ever it u said its complicated language for me. can anyone say how to make a poll or make 1 urself ? but ask in poll can a player playing from 5-6 months with 5700/6800 k/d hak that he could be banned twice

You seem to misunderstand how things work here... buying zp DOES NOT MAKE YOU IMMUNE TO GETTING BANNED. -

you dont get banned for not buying zp, i have 10 other accounts with NO zp history and there not banned...so either you got IP banned (Good) or you hack, and are still attempting to hack -

1) Send in a Support Ticket - Here- Under Game Selection, choose Crossfire
- Under Category, choose Technical Support
3) There is no correlation between buying ZP and not getting banned. There is NO distinction between a Marshall with every ZP weapon in the game and a Trainee with an M16 if they are caught cheating. They will suffer the same consequences.
I am sorry for your troubles. If this in fact is a mistake, the only avenue you can take is through a Support Ticket. Please be patient as the Support Team has a high volume of tickets and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
