[b]BM Error HELP!![b]

So this is about my BM crates, I spin over 35k zp worth of crates. After saw like Ak n Kriss HW appear 3 times, but was 2 or 3 spots away. In then end I got Ak Hw but 4 seconds later I got an error pop up saying disconnected from sever, but there was nothing wrong with my Internet, 2 or 3 minutes later I log back on and I saw the last crate is not Open. Can Anyone Help me with this? Can Z8 give me the gun or at least a refund?

Z8 Mod pls check my Account because I already spent 35k zp on that crate and I want my Ak-47 Halloween, sorry I couldn't take the screen shot because it only lasted 4 seconds.

Too bad man, that sucks. U cant get that ak H again because clearly it is ur connection problem.

I dont think somebody believe u here,once you won somethin in the crates you keep it, even gettin disconected or closin the BM.

Hmmm i believe you are lieing. It says that even though you close out of the BM while you spin the items will automatically be put in your storage. Even if you got disconnected the item will be in your storage.
