3rd Post. About this problem.

I won the Kriss Halloween Crate between 3:15 AM and 3:20 AM CST. then the server crashed and now i dont have it! I got 3 GR SWAT guys in the window for the crates and it said i won the KRISS HALLOWEEN. And then the server went down and when i got back on I got no KRISS. How do I reslove this issue? Can you please check the logs and see? Thank-you and have a great day.

They aren't just going to give you one, you'll have to prove you actually won it.

You should have taken screen shot or something?
Like everytime i win something in crate i quickly take a screen shot.

Me too.If the winning is going well i make my clan rosik,if the server crashes i send a ticket(but it's useless,i don't get any answer)
