Once again windows xp64 problems

This is no a new problem, if like me you have windows xp x64 you already know XTRAP have had many problems with this operative system during the last 3 or 4 updates...

Now I even can not login into the game because HGW finishes loading and then nothing happens...I can not get the login page...

I know I am not the only person with this problem. And Once AGAIN the question is:

How much time have I to wait for z8 people to fix this?

Is Z8 considering getting another anticheat program? It seems to me it is time to do something because there have been so many problems and not only with xp users...Not to mention the ridiculous quantity of Hackers ...

Trust me you're not the only one..

ONE thing to tell to Z8games....
"Please tell us what is the system requirements to play Crossfire. Or tell us this game not supporting Windows XP 64bit any longer so simply we start to uninstall Crossfire & quit the game forever so both of us you as a company & us as a users would have peace from this cr.ap.."

End of the story

yea once again after the update I cant get Crossfire to load on my 64 bit Win XP. It works on my 32 bit. Like you it doesnt give me any error message this time, it just goes away and the Crossfire screen never comes back after xcrap "appears" to load.
z8 PLEASE FIX THIS S.H. / I.T.

The problem is IE8 , if you downgrade it to IE6 it might work.

Crossfire didn't work propely for me but i had a win xp 32bits.
Now it's working and i am not sure what have i done ;]
Try to uninstall ie8
Add Crossfire in anti virus to trusted files <not only crossfire.exe but all folder>
Download game booster and defrag the game.
Download ccleaner and clean youre disk.

64 bit - still no fix

Well I still had the 64 bit problem where the game just won't start. The first game page comes up to "start" the game. Xtrap seems to then load fine. Then after the 2 xtrap messages go away, nothing happens. No game. I can look on task manager and the HGDW or whatever it is shows up as running but no Crossfire.
I deleted all Internet Explorers, Shut off Avast, Spybot search and destroy, Adaware and Spywareblaster. Deleted Crossfire and Xfire and all their folders. Ran cleaner to delete what traces in the registry it found. Ran 2 other registry cleaner type programs to get rid of invalid registry entries. Redownloaded Crossfire client file. Set it up again in a totally renamed folder, as well as Xfire.
Same thing, nothing.

After the last patch Crossfire just started working again out of the blue after a week or so. This time nothing. Nothing on the 64 bit. Nothing.
32 bit still works. 64 bit - well nothing.

Once again windows xp64 problems
