Error at BM

So this is about my BM crates, I spin over 35k zp worth of crates. After saw like Ak n Kriss HW appear 3 times, but was 2 or 3 spots away. In then end I got Ak Hw but 4 seconds later I got an error pop up saying disconnected from sever, but there was nothing wrong with my Internet, 2 or 3 minutes later I log back on and I saw the last crate is not Open. Can Anyone Help me with this? Can Z8 give me the gun or at least a refund?

Z8 Mod pls check my Account because I already spent 35k zp on that crate and I want my Ak-47 Halloween, sorry I couldn't take the screen shot because it only lasted 4 seconds.

1. its not garunteed u will get a gun for crates
2. if the game diconnects during crate rolling the item is automatically added to ur storage

Lol I wish that happen, so at the last minute on the last crate an error pop up said I got dc, n after I log back on the crate wasnt open so that mean nothing happen, (of course I spin it again I didnt get it) -.-

Send a ticket with the screen of winning+crash,if you don't have it,you're doomed.
I had the same bug too,with the AWM red dragon and i'm waiting from a month,so send the ticket and pray
