PING limiter (auto kick & AUTO BLOCK)

my idea is simple since there is laggers in the game and they QQ me and they make the game horrible just like hacers so i got an idea ,,, how about a ping limiter?? 4 example if the ping limit in a room (the host can change it)is MAX : 190 or 180 , so any 1 who got ping higher than that cant join the room or if some 1 allready inside the room with a low ping then his ping jumped very high in a sec then he got 30 seconds if his ping didnt get low he will get auto kicked and cant join again untill his ping is better ......... (dont say anything unless u read every thing .... if u gona QQ me or got nothing 2 say but rude comments dont bother commenting)
