Question about free ZP Surveys

Everyone knows those offers where you have to download something will have viruses! What if you downloaded Sandboxie and download the stuff to that? Can someone try it? I'm too scared!

But they give a lot of ZP! Doesn't Sandboxie prevent viruses from going anywhere else but the "sandbox"?
