Problems promoting someone to LT

Hiya I have been trying for a few days to try and promote someone to LT in my clan and every time I do it never works. I enter my security answer like it says then it says select a new leader which Im not trying to do. So I then try promoting someone to LT again and it starts saying my secret question is incorrect. Anyone else having this problem?

when i first started being a leader, i had the same problem

but here ya go - dont press enter, just type ure security answer and enter the member u want to promote

Ive been sending tickets in and no one could answer me that haha
