Support does NOT answer to 2 TICKETS !!

Hi all...

It's been 2 weeks since i sent a ticket + 1 another (for reminding) and I GOT NOTHING YET.
Last time i asked on the forum why there was no answer, GM told me it was sunday and i'll have my answer on monday... Sorry, guys, ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS (i sent on a thursday and the second one 5 days after)

The problem was on an account issues and zp points bought for nothing.
So please, tell me ... "Does support doesnt answer because they are in holidays (very suspicious...) or doenst want to help a faithful crossfire player who played for 2-3 years ?"

PS: In Support sending ticket, crossfire and z8games staff claim to have "2 OR 3 DAYS" in answering !! Is it a misunderstanding or its "2 or 3 weeks" ?
