My brother's account is hacked, we maked together a support ticket and said it is hacked with screenshots of the hacker (of what hes saying etc.)

And the answer from z8games was this:
Please be patient as we review your account details.

If you have been banned due to possibly hacking and your account is being investigated, wait till the end of your ban before contacting us again. If you are still banned after your investigation end date then you can contact us to review your ban further.

If you are permanently banned and wish to have your ban reviewed please send in a new support ticket in. Allow at least a few days for your review to be complete.

Please remember to remove any programs from your computer that could be used to cheat in our games. Use of any such programs is not allowed and will lead to a permanent ban of your account.


Do they even read support tickets??????
