As far as I can remember, it said to have the ability to make you harder to get killed.

I remember it says it casts a magic spell making others seeing an illustration of your past movement (which means if you stand in a spot and then you move forward, people see the illustration of you still standing in your previous spot, while you're actually moved one block away from the spot you where standing). That's pretty much like lagging...
