hi.
i have won 2 witches hat and now after 15 min i have only 1 witches hat.
why i have only 1 witches hat when i have won 2 hats.
pls answer my question.

hi.
i have won 2 hats and i saw the hats in my storage.
i closed the game and after 15 minutes i went in the game then i showed the hats and then there was only 1 hat for permanent. but i have won 2 permanent hats in 88 crates.
what can i do???
