there are. in my exp.... observing activity in the Canada servers and the FL server. More south americans playing this game then North Americans. On average, there is no more the 3 low pingers (below 90ms) per game room the the rare exception of a few more... G4box needs to just bite the bullet and pay for the licensing rights for z8 to provide this game Officially for South America... Get a few servers in down there, Down grade their canada servers sense id imagine the server load would drop by half or more... And let the NA crossfire be the NA crossfire.

they mean the Flordia server... which is in NORTH america but the southern region of it... It is still only INTENDED for NORTH AMERICANS to play on... but it is really just a poorly veiled scheme to try and get more SOUTH americans into the game by making their ping a little better.
