Ok, so ive already type a post on this forum regarding this but I cant find it anymore.
Anyway, ive sent a support ticket on the 25 of october and still no answer.

How much time it takes to get an answer from z8games? I owe them money.. I though they would be fast lol

Well I always check responses if I try to help someone, small tip if you wanna find post and threads that you made go to USER CP->Your Profile->Statistics

So.. you have no clue if it usualy takes 1 day, 7 days to get an answer?
My friends got the same problem and they all received the chargeback amount already.. but not me

If you send in a support ticket they usually respond the same day (if you send it not to late on the day)
