Problem with keyboard

hi. If i come in crossfire in a game I cant sprint or jump or run because this 3 keys doesnt work. Later I go on options in the lobby and configurate the controls. When I cklick on jump and press space to change the controls I see LEER(means space in german) and no more "space". If I do that the controls work, but I cant change Tab and all the other hotkeys cause of this bug. How can i solve this, or fix the bug pls.
