Crossfire wont run on my laptop help?

I just got a laptop is a toshiba helios violet Satellite L645D-S4025 Laptop everytime i try to play CF it lags like every 5 seconds my internet is not the problem I have a 48 ping and its connected directly to my router, so its the new laptop here's the info on my laptop I would appreciated if you guys could help me.
