Just wait till they see it. Support ticket gets lots of tickets daily, just be patient and wait for your turn.

took me a month to get 10coupons back..be patient, they'll get to you...highly unlikely you'll get your account back..you probably fell for some dumbass "FREE ZP MSG ME" quote and gave away your account info....if so, it's impossible to get your account back because they would have changed all your emails and stuff...might wanna plan on moving on with a newb account :P
