Is Z8 IP Stalkers?

I have some question...

First of all... when you create an account... does it record the IP address the account is created in?...
If that's true... If Z8games was to find out all the accounts a person made... do they view the IP Address recorded on one of the person's account and type in the IP address in a search box to search all accounts created in that IP Address?
