lost copuns.

hi, I had 75 copuns when it sayd exchange success i now have 65 copun. what happend to my other 10? i didnt buy a gun. im savn for crystal m4a1. how do i get my copuns back? please help me >.<

I have a similar issue where if i get any more coupons they arent counted but no one has given me a straight answer and i checked support but i dont know what to do from there
