Its the CM who answers the support tickets.

Support ticket staff already knows your security question and answer, they just need you to verify it so you can prove that it's your account.

Only give those information to support ticket GMs, no-one else.

And no CM doesn't answer support tickets, there are many other GMs who do it.(e.g. SevenC, Bigbang)

As it says, support will never ask for personal information and you should never give it out. Like dude why give your school address, come on man that right there is a bone head move. You should know better not to give out personal information. And plsu, whats the MOD's name?
