extremely bad ping

ok so this started out a while back, and i think it all started when x-trap did a update i used to have a nice ping at 60-70 but now its completely unstable or in the 500's like today i cant find one match were my ping wouldnt even go near 70... and all i want to do is play, but with this outrageous ping i cant ppl tank my shots it takes forever to change gun to nade. um so idk what to do i have tried to contact z8 support but every time the responded i got "We are unsure why you are experiencing this problem; we will look into it as soon as possible. Thank you for your report." and "Thanks for your report, we are still working on it." got no help from them, and when i contacted them it was around 8/16/2010,( thats when they first relied). so its been almost 2 months having this problem.
