Nothing Being Done About Hackers

Seems strange that Z8games Moderators are quick to tell people that "plenty is being done" about hackers and they won't continue a thread complaining about it. What exactly is being done? I send in several game files each day reporting actual hacks (speed, auto aim, wall) and as soon as they receive it they close the report.
I've asked what happens to hacks that are caught and they said they can't answer me (it's personal????)
So then, if they don't want a thread complaining about Z8games not doing anything about the hacks and if they won't answer questions as to what, if anything, is done with hacks that are reported, then what ARE they doing?
Are they saying it's okay for everyone to get a hack and gain rank above those that work hard and some even pay for upgrades in weapons and items?
I just don't understand why the Moderators act like Politicians and give their constituency the run around when it comes to people who hack.
