AWM Red Dragon won and no item in my STORAGE

Yep,i post again. About one month ago i won the AWM Red Dragon,but UK Server 2 crashed(the laggy day,remember) So i send a ticket.But no answer yet.I have all the proofs(Screen of winning,screen of crash and screen of actual storage,also on the website). I really would have my Awm Red Dragon,because i need a powerful sniper,and because i won it,i want it.
But it's not over yet.Maybe it's my Badluck,but i won only 3 Crates gun: Beretta,Kriss,and DEC.
Plus the AWM RD.
Well,the fifth weapon crashed too. And it was an AKSCOPE.Crappy. I don't post the screenshot,coz last time that i do that,an horde of noobs posted MY SAME SCREENSHOT reclaiming their AWMs.
Please,respond,i can't send a ticket because i already have 2 of them opened.
