Support does NOT answer to 2 TICKETS !!
Hi all...
It's been 2 weeks since i sent a ticket + 1 another (for reminding) and I GOT NOTHING YET.
Last time i asked on the forum why there was no answer, GM told me it was sunday and i'll have my answer on monday... Sorry, guys, ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS (i sent on a thursday and the second one 5 days after)
The problem was on an account issues and zp points bought for nothing.
So please, tell me ... "Does support doesnt answer because they are in holidays (very suspicious...) or doenst want to help a faithful crossfire player who played for 2-3 years ?"

PS: In Support sending ticket, crossfire and z8games staff claim to have "2 OR 3 DAYS" in answering !! Is it a misunderstanding or its "2 or 3 weeks" ?

You can say they are very busy doing other very important things. (or you can say exactly the opposite). Dont ask me what kind of things. However, they are extremely fast as far as blocking accounts is concern, esp. when you say something bad about them.
If it was of any use write: You nailed it man! in your next replay.

Yup ! i agree... Concerning problem for accounts management, zp points and crates lost, It seems that those kind of people never answer !! EVEN with screenshots...
I thought well of Crossfire staff and all the work they've done so we can have a nice free FPS game (even with some hackers) but now... i am so disapointed of their support.
If some GM can explain that, i'll be glad to hear what he would say.
