What is being done about hackers?

I can't get a four kill streak without a bunch of furious 12 year olds calling me noob hack or some stupid **** like that, and at the same time, the other team will not call a vote on obvious aimbots and speedhacks. Im sorry to *****, but this game is really becoming less and less enjoyable every day. So I ask an admin., what is being done about this? If this crap persists im done with this game.
