Disabled by TokenADS ????
Ok So my main account has been disabled by TokenADS ?! What the heck is that?
Ive been banned on octobre 18th, they ask me to send 10$ to get my account back.
Assuming this, I see that z8games won't unban me until I pay TokenADS that 10$.
After putting over 400$ + in this game, this is how you deal with good buyers?
Why should I have to send them 10$ also?!
What kind of customers services is that.
They ask me to send a suppor ticket, I CANT LOGIN TO MY MAIN ACCOUNT!
They tell me to call them, NO ONE EVER ANSWER, VOICEMAIL IS FULL.
The worst customer service ever made.

Here's the message that I got when logging in to the website
According to our records your account is temporarily blocked due to a TokenAds chargeback for the following payments.

A USD $10 fee would be added to each chargeback on your account plus the owed amount for each to be able to unblock the account. All chargebacks can only be paid by money order from your bank or western union payable to G4Box Inc. for the full amount owing (with extra fees included) in US funds.
Please also make sure your money order is international ( Payable in Canada if you don't live in Canada), write down your game id on the back of the money order with a pencil, and remember to sign your name on the money order before you mail it to us. It can then be mailed to the following address.

I can't send a ticket with my main account, why? IM BLOCKED.
I can't reach that company by phone, why? Because no one ever answer and their voicemail are FULL.

I already have gotten 2 chargebacks and they never told me why, I have paid these with a wallie card, but any other prepaid card is possible too.
I recommend to just pay this chargeback b/c they don't care about you not being able to play on your main account and they won't tell you why you have completed a survey not right
small trick to get ur account back for free: do surveys on playspan and buy an ultimate game card with the ultimatepoints, than send a support ticket with the code from the card.
oh 1 thing you don't have to pay the $10 just the price of the chargeback, atleast I didn't have to

press web form on the right side of the webpage than send in a support ticket with the question how much u need to pay for this chargeback
I cant log on the website to send web ticket with my main account..
Ive sent them an email under this username, hope they will answer me fast.
