Help! Bug/Glitch. I was charged Twice by the “Item Shop”. My GP is gone! How can I get a refund and my GP returned?!

I’m not sure who to talk to regarding this matter. I bought a Steyr Aug A1 on the “Item Shop” using GP, and the game charged me twice. I now have two, when I clicked for only one. I feel this bug has wrongfully stolen my GP. I would like to have this dilemma resolved and fixed, and have one of the two Steyr Aug A1 refunded, so I can get my GP back (45,000 GP) on account of this bug/glitch. I only want one, I only bought one, so I should only be charged for one.

I recently bought 10000 ZP points and was able to buy two "40k GP + HazardName card 7 Day" items from the Crossfire Mall under "GP Plus Items", and when combined with what I already had, I believe I had over 110k GP. I spent hours talking friends, strangers, and playing on the ALASKA map to see which gun would suit me best.

I bought the Steyr Aug A1 (Monday 10-25-10) and bought a few crates (less than six I think). And I started to play a few games. Afterwards I went to buy additional crates, but the game said I was missing GP. I now have less than 6500 GP. This all happened on the same day.

This made me panic. It seemed that over 40k GP seems to be missing from my account. I asked for help, but no one knew how to help me. They said to restart Crossfire, but that didn’t work. And told me to check the forums, but I couldn't find anything (which is one of the reasons why I'm putting this thread). That’s when I noticed, there were two Steyr Aug A1s in my storage. Which explains why I was confused, and why so much GP was missing from my account (one Steyr Aug A1 = 45,000 GP).

The weird part is I only bought one, I didn’t manually click to buy it twice. I only did it once, and I was careful when I did it. Practically speaking, why would I even want to buy two Steyr Aug A1??! There are plenty of other guns I'd rather buy than a second Steyr Aug A1! I would like to have this dilemma resolved and fixed, and have one of the two Steyr Aug A1 refunded, so I can get my GP back (45,000 GP) on account of this bug/glitch. I only want one, I only bought one, so I should only be charged for one.

I was about to accept this bug/glitch and my losses and resell the weapon to get what I could, but NO. Just NO! This is not right, and this was not fair. It’s not right to buy 80k GP with real money, and not be able to use ALL of that that 80k GP on what I wanted because some bug/glitch charged me twice, and cheated me out of that GP which I paid for with real money.

I refuse to simply do nothing and accept something so unfair. So I was told to create a ticket and explain my problem, and I already did but I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do while I wait for them to reply (any idea how long it takes them to reply?). Has anyone else ever had this problem? There anyone who can help?
