Okay, i heard you can change your cloaths for the halloween event today, but how i do it? and i how can i see the pumpkin thingy that i saw in the picture?

My guess is that you can get it with GP for days...
Also, the pumpkin is a grenade you throw. When it explodes, you'll see that pumpkin :O

New grenades I presume, probably one that Saidan designed himself, so it sucks obviously to the point of pathetic rank! That guy is self fesh, 30 games for 2 crates, and now his own nades, this guy needs to get a life and leave the office more.

Saladin and the staff this side, can make small in-game changes, such as BM gun locations and what-not.

Not sure about that...
CF is owned by other companies...Saidin is just a guy who works for them and tries to keep this game straight and fun...which isn't working -.-
