mall problem

hello guys!
today i buyed two items from z8 games mall: 40k gp + hazard namecard for 4000 zp and 3 gp crates for 800 bp points.
After having buyed these items, i looked in ''my items'' page, but there's nothing. can someone help me?

...Did you run crossfire to look there? Most items apply automatic -_-

i played crossfire all the day, but i have still 600 gp and 0 crates

If it's not showing up in your inventory then submit a ticket to Crossfire Support. They're pretty good at resolving the problem in a timely manner.
