clean out internet? mostly caused by bad spiking, in which the game thinks you have bad enough ping/internet connection so you won't go in.

Every time I get an unfixable error, I always result to reinstalling. If that doesn't work, trying cleaning out your crossfire files. (There can be missing or corrupt files) Next, I would check out your graphics and system tools. I would turn all of them down to see if the loading is faster. Lastly, I would check my system to see if it is even good enough to play crossfire. ei- graphics, RAM, etc.
