Joining A Game

When i Join a Ghost mode game when i try to walk over a dead body or bomb something is blocking me like the body its not dead and i cant pass through it.Many times I have an error telling me RETURN TO LOBBY DUE TO HOST ERROR and this is disturbing me cause sometimes its happening at Clan Wars PLZ FIIIX IT.
