There was a mistake on an item mall description, it said 30 days but it gave 7 days, I sent a ticket and got the items 30 days + the 7 days I had when I bought = 37days

Yes customer service is great! I hadn't received 20k zp so sended in a ticket, got them after 5 days after giving them all the info they needed. They also helped me get back the securety asnwer for my friends account
